On Saturday, April 20 at the Alianza Dominicana Cultural Center, the Alianza Youth Services Division of Catholic Charities in association with the Dominican Community Center of New York held their annual event “Prom Clothing Giveaway” to distribute free graduation gowns for 8thand 12thgrade students from low-income families. More than 150 graduateshad the opportunity to get their suits to attend their graduation party.
