The Parish of St Charles Borromeo, Resurrection, and All Saints is a dynamic and welcoming Roman Catholic community that serves the people of Harlem, New York, and beyond. Our Parish resides in two historic Harlem churches and has been a spiritual home to generations of Catholic families since 1888. Our Catholic worship is enriched by African American traditions and has benefited, since its founding, from a variety of cultural influences. At present we are a bilingual Parish having an English and Spanish-speaking congregation.

Our prime mission is to bring people closer to God and to worship and praise God as a Church family in a Spirit of thanksgiving as at Sunday Mass. In our mission, guided by the Holy Spirit, we are led by Sacred Scripture, the teaching of the Apostles and the traditions of our Catholic Church. All are welcome in this parish regardless of background, race, ancestry, gender identity, sexuality, or social class.

We celebrate the Eucharist daily, gathering at the altar to share in the body and blood of Jesus Christ, as the source and the summit of our lives. In communion, with faith and joy, we embrace the various gifts of the Spirit, giving special expression to our human connection to God through song, prayer, and celebration.

We bring men, women, and children into the Body of Christ through Baptism by water and the Holy Spirit, so they may become a new creation and be transformed into disciples of Jesus Christ. Moving into the future, our special task of discipleship is to reconnect with people in the neighborhood, including newcomers, and to welcome younger generations by sharing and living our faith with them.
