Seven Church Walk

On Holy Thursday, Catholics throughout the world take part in the tradition of visiting seven churches, tracing in prayer the path of Christ from the Last Supper to Calvary. Each step becomes a quiet act of accompaniment, a way of keeping watch with the Lord in the hours before His Passion.

The Seven Church Walk follows the 6 PM Mass, departing from St. Vincent's. The churches we will visit: 

  • First Visit - St. John Nepomucene
  • Second Visit - St. Jean Baptiste
  • Third Visit - St. Monica-St. Elizabeth-St. Stephen
  • Fourth Visit - St. Joseph's Yorkville
  • Fifth Visit - Our Lady of Good Counsel
  • Sixth Visit - St. Thomas More
  • Seventh Visit - St. Vincent's
