Goretti NY: "St. Margaret of Castello: Servant of the Sick and the Outcast"

St. Margaret of Castello is one of the saints you will fall in love with once you hear her story. She was born to wealth and power but due to her physical limitations she was cast aside by those around her and had to rely on her generous and good Father (God). Her story reminds us that humans fail but God never will, and that "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom in heaven."

The talk will be given by Clarissa Sanchez who is a devotee of St. Margaret & loves visiting her at St. Catherine of Sienna Church in NYC. A short movie about the saint will also be shown.
