Combined Chancery Mailing Submission Portal

This is the portal for submitting materials to the Combined Chancery Mailing from the Vicar General to priests and the public United in Faith monthly newsletter of the Archdiocese of New York. You are invited to share any events, updates, or initiatives from your office or ministry for inclusion in both mailings. 

Materials submitted prior to the first Monday of the month will be considered for the Combined Chancery Mailing. Anything submitted after this point is not guaranteed for inclusion in the Combined Chancery Mailing. 

All materials submitted to the Combined Chancery Mailing, as well as any additional content submitted up to the second Wednesday of the month, will be considered for the public United in Faith monthly newsletter, which is published on the first of the next month. 

Please submit each item individually to ensure they are included in the correct section. Individual events, updates, or initiatives cannot be submitted to more than one section.
